How do you tell the difference between sadness, and feeling overwhelmed and ready to breakdown? And how do you know if it is the pandemic, menopause, or life in Indiana?
My brain is having troubling sorting things out.
My body is having physical symptoms.
But more so December 14th, and January 6, 2021.
6-8 month ago I had plans for the future outlined in my planner.
Now I just try to keep up day by day.
