The struggle to stay active at home

I am seriously trying to keep active during this quarantine. This is really tough, and my attempts have been sporatic, at best.
I am also trying to keep my water intake up. My goal is 100oz/ day.
My daily step have dropped to a 1/4 of what they were a month ago! Today we walked a little over three miles. 


  1. Hey, we've gotta do what we've gotta do. 🤷‍♂️

    And not just for our looks but also for our health. 🙂
